My complaint:
61621-I ordered three(3) prescriptions on CVS.com( as I have done all this year. After paying required cost, I pressed delivery, within the hour my prescription for was delivered to me. Later that night I realized that my insulin was on last pen 12 gone. I tried to order refill on line but it did not take order( or so I waited to day and pay $141.00) but CVS system would not allow me to choose delivery. I called my local CVS pharmacy(7501 Haverford Avenue) I was told because I pre-paid online that my insulin could not be delivered. Which is ridiculous because a member must pay on line before it can be delivered. I have enough insulin for two maybe 3 days. I do not drive now due to back problem. I pay dues (Shipt) to deliver my medication. I need it. Got the rund around from 4:00 -6:15 gave up. on 61721 I finally called my medical provider, who at 6:20pm today is still on hold waiting for a pharmacist to answer they close at 7p.m.
Suggested solution:
1. deliver my medication, and improve the contact experience online and over the phone. I am 70 years old with coronary heart disease
( and other health issues) and this horrible experience not helping my conditions. As stated what changed in one day? My first delivery was perfect.
