My complaint:
I came in to pick up my scrips and gave the pharmacist my insurance info for my Medicare Part D (Linet) plan when he ran my insurance he said that I wasn’t enrolled, I said I just re-enrolled 5272021 so he handed me a copy of the printed out copy and I attempted to send it back over which he was standing behind a very tall wall and he said, I don’t wanna ever see you in here again GET THE FUCK OUT BITCH DON’T LET ME SEE YOU AGAIN. I’m asking him continuously to give me my card in his hand and he refused but got closer down to me in my face so when security came up from behind he said, GET HER THE FUCK OUTTA HERE. First of all, I’m not going to accept any man calling me out my name and especially posing threat verbally or with body gesture. Secondly, this young man displayed such anger and hostility and poor behavior that it was a disgrace of representation for CVS and his position of what he’s accomplished as Pharmacist. I’ve been a customer at this location and others for years and never had an issue. I’m sure you would be able to see this all on film, please pull it for review. I’m going to make a police report for terrorist threats against your employee, he truly lost control and it’s UNACCEPTABLE!
Suggested solution:
I could think of a few things, reprimand, suspension but I think it's best you review the stores tape because there should be some serious repercussions for his behavior.
