My complaint:
why is it when my wife called to cancell 1 prescription they hung up the phone on her.so now when i contacted another pharmacy to tranfer all medications they wont answer the phone. very unprofessional,at the pharmacy i told to transfer medicationshas an exemployee working there told me good luck transferring meds with cvs,they never answer their phone.cant believe how cvs can stay in business with this complete lack of customer service…………why ??????????? i m sure this complanit willgo un answered
