My complaint:

On Saturday 242023 I was told it will be 7 days, 7 unbelievable days before pain medicine can be filled. Friday 232023 there were customers lined up down the aisle, waiting on the pharmacy to re-open. I asked what time you close, and the was told we open at 2:00. I asked again and got the same response. Finally, a guy answered and said 8:00. I just wanted to know when to come back. I came back (Friday same day) at 5:00 and was told they were short staffed due to the weather and to come back. It may be filled on Saturday. Saturday at 4:01 I returned again and was told it will be 7 days before they can fill the medication. I am a new patient, and this is the pharmacy my insurance asked me use. I will be contacting both the insurance company and the physician’s office next. Who stays in pain for 7 days following surgery. I called another store and was told, that since the pain medicine is a narcotic, I have to contact the physician. Now, I am communicating with the physician answering service.

Suggested solution:

Get appropriate customer friendly staff. Fill medications in a timely manner.
