My complaint:
When picking up my medication, the pharmacist fulfilled 3 months when the expensive medicaiton prescribed only required 1 month. It was not until I arrived home and opened the bag did I realize the error. I went back and asked why that was done without my authorization it was explained it was courtesy. I tried to return the 2 months explaining my Dr. said I did not need the extra medication. They would not refund or accept the med or take any accountability for their actions.
I am also recieving a tramendous amount of text marketing that I was able to opt-out
Suggested solution:
Accept the non-opened meds and refund the charges.
