My complaint:

The Pharmacy at the Roscoe, IL store is not performing at an adequate level and should be closed pending further review. In their own words, they are “days” behind on filling prescriptions. They are turning people away, and telling people they are free to wait, however, they will not continue working past their posted closing time. A customer verified that they would not fill her prescription for a sick child at home, and they ed yes, and stated that they could “hopefully” fulfill it the next day. Another customer’s prescription was sent in 5 days prior and they were turned away. This has been ongoing for a few months. The drive-thru has been closed as well (which, I’m not sure what difference that makes). Their reasoning is that they are “short-staffed”.

Suggested solution:

They should not be operating until they can be adequately staffed to fulfill doctors orders. When a patient is told they need to start a med ASAP, the PharmacyPharmacist should not be allowed to decide you can wait another day, or two, or five, to get your medication.
