My complaint:
Called the Rx to find out why I have a call to fill. I asked the name of the person answering the call and she hung up on me. This is the second time this has happened. People at this pharmacy are now making me have to change Rx. On the first time i had the Lufkin Rx filled, after waiting two weeks with no way to contact Nacogdoches., in another city the same day. This is the usual attitudeI’ve seen in a CVS store.
