My complaint:
my husband and I made appts on 91122 for the newest Covid Vaccine again the new variants. when we got there – they said they didn’t get them in yet.. we left and went on line and booked with RITE AID. Our insurance was charged by CVS already, even though we didn’t get the Vaccines.
RITE AID went above and beyond to straighten this out!!!! they contacted the local CVS and had them cancel the charge!!!!!!!!!!! thank you RITE AID never again CVS!!!!!!! scammers…

be upfront with people and don't charge for something you didn't do!!!!!!!!!!!!
