My complaint:
I arrived at CVS store on Saturday Oct 16, 2021 @ 10 am for orientation. To my astonishment both the Pharmacy manager AND Store Manager were on vacation . No one was aware I was arriving. No one had access to computer for me to complete orientation. Who was minding the store? I felt disrespected ;waste of my time. When I asked why virtual scheduler allowed me to schedule my orientation appointment, was told computer doesn’t know am on vacation. Exactly, computer ASSUMES an manager is on duty. Why does CVS allow both store and pharmacy managers to be on vacation at same time. Don’t want to hear excuses.
Suggested solution:
Accept criticism. Stop blaming others for mistakes. Show professionalism.
