My complaint:

My doctor tried to call in a prescription on 24 November, waited for a half hour and gave up. I have been trying to check on 2 prescriptions for the past 2 days and no one answers the phone. Both prescriptions request I contact pharmacy, One, Tramadol HCL is pain medication for upcoming surgery. I use a walker and am not able to go to pharmacy in person. I have now been on hold for over an hour. Please help.
