CVS Health complaint: rude and inappropriate tech

My complaint:

as a long time customer I had questions for the lead tech, in the middle of our conversation another tech rudely interjected herself into our conversation and made matters so much worse than they needed to be with her smug attitude…I had follow up questions and she says, she told u what she told you, what’s the problem? giving me no chance to ask further questions…

It was rude and despicable of her to act in such a manner. not sure of her name but she’s covered in cheap tattoos. this is not the way you treat customers…in ANY business.

Suggested solution:

fire this woman or reassign her to anywhere she can\'t deal with the public.
