Cussons Carex complaint: Leaking soap dispensers

My complaint:

We have had constant problems with leaking soap dispensers we have purchased. We thought it was just a one off problem but after 4 or more soap, dispensers have shown the, same issue, I thought it was time to complain.

Attached is the photo of the leak of soap from the dispenser. The liquid just continually drips from the pump even when not in use.

Suggested solution:

Replace the four bottles we have had to throw away.
