My complaint:
Dear Sirs,
I ordered 3x Carex Antibacterial Original Dermacare Hand Wash Liquid Soap Refill packs of 3 through Amazon.
The package arrived, and I placed it into my lounge. However, after returning a short while later I noticed that it had leaked. I assumed that one of the pouches had broken, but was not prepared for the sight when I opened the box. I’m not sure whether the warehouse, picker, packer, dispatcher, delivery driver or someone else decided to learn to juggle with the pouches or boxes, play football with it, or just throw it around (or all of them!), but the photos attached depict that the entire shipment was a complete disaster. It took me an hour to clean up the mess and, all the items, save for one of the 9 carex pouches deemed worthy of salvage, had to be disposed. In addition, my floor took several attempts to clean (trying to clean a floor with concentrated handwash takes ages as everytime you add water it foams up!).
I have attached some photos.
I suggest you review the supply of this item andor how it is shipped or stored.
In the meantime, I trust you will refund me for the wasted delivery and recompense me for the substantial inconvenience caused.
I would ask you to review this position and, if only as a gesture of goodwill to a valued customer, demonstrate you do care and compensate me appropriately – I certainly did not anticipate using up my valuable time in having to deal with problems which are not of my making.
I look forward to you restoring my faith in you as a company.
