My complaint:
I have purchased your Fun Edition Over the Rainbow uplifting sherbet hand wash which claims to be gentle and kind to my hands however, this doesn’t seem to be the case with my white bathroom countertop which has now been ruined and heavily stained as a result of a few drops from this soap. As you can see, the soap has been hardly used so this has happened following only a few hand washes. I have tried to remove the stains with a bleach and a nail vanish remover but without results! I dread to think what this formula does to my children’s hands if such chemicals cannot erase the stains. I have now ended up with a bright purple stain that I cannot remove and it has ruined my bathroom counter top. I am a loyal Carex user so am very disappointed and worried about this particular soap which clearer shouldn’t be sold!
Suggested solution:
Compensation to help rectify the heavily stained bathroom top. Photos attached.
