My complaint:
I have just experienced an issue with your 250ml Carex Derma Care Antibacterial Hand Soap dispenser.
There is still approx 15 to 20% of product left in the container which cannot be pumped out an the suction straw that goes into the product is too short.
Suggested solution:
Offer a replacement as a good will
