Cussons Carex complaint: I could NOT find out HOW to open the pump on a bottle of handwash.

My complaint:

I have wasted over an hour of my life trying to open the pump on a bottle of Sensitive Cussons carex hand wash.

You do not say how on earth you are supposed to use it. YET you spend the earth on advertising how to RECYCLE pumps!!
First I had to read your label which is printed using type that is FAR too Small. Then I could not find anywhere instructions on the label as to how to use the pump. You are wasting plastic like MAD and should be fined for such disgusting treatment! I turned to the internet as it is Sunday. There is not even a phone number or address on the bottle, – and you must be selling millions of them in these times!! There WAS NO solution that works on the internet!!

Suggested solution:

Take back the bottle and refund me. Then source every bottle you sell and make sure they are used properly. Otherwise you are completely wasting MONEY. Make sure the poor buyer has instructions on how to use the PUMP. and what your address is. Or perhaps there is some way of WITHDRAWING SUCH dangerous items.

I will go back to soap from now on! It is not such a danger to people and the environment.
Now I see you require a photo! That will probably be in a separate communication as I have to photograph the bottle with my camera and then transfer it into this letter of complaint. so you will have to be patient while I do it. This is terribly annoying and lengthy but is nothing to the time I have to ntake on your bottle and complaint!
