My complaint:
I had bought online a phone in curry’s on the 24th November 2023 and I paid £1600 for the phone that I had never received, now ists been 8 days now and they only saying the phone is under investigation and I had to wait like it’s my fault in the store someone who works in there stoled my phone. I want my money back and they said the cando it, I had speak to 10 people and everyone lied and saying they will contact me in 48 hours which passed already and then they said 72 hours that already had passed too, not money, no phone and they said I’ll have my phone when the get the phone back from the store which is ridiculous if someone already stoked the phone, I need my phone since 24th because I don’t have a phone and it was paid the full amount and now I’m desperate that no one has help me with this matter.
