My complaint:

On 16/072023 I went into the Curry store Mansfield to purchase a Beko DINI15X20 dishwasher. I paid for the extra care package, delivery and installation. I arranged for a delivery day on Friday 21st July and had ation via text of the delivery and instalation for said date. My husband arranged to be at home on said date using annual leave to await the installation. At 14:28 I had a confusing message stating we would be told when our order arrives with no mention of cancelling the installation on the day it was due. We had further ation text on Thursday night at 19:24. With the installation date/time up to 16:40 we did not check the progress tracker until 17:00. I then engaged in a lenghthy conversation (30min) with a member of tech support (after twice being put through to the wrong department). At this point I was told that the installation would not be happening and that I had to arrange another date etc.
