My complaint:
Received my goods 20th January 2024 machine faulty reported to curry’s on 21january 2024. I chose to have replacement but a different brand was told that’s ok will receive email 3-5days never got email we are now into 6th February 2024 and each time I phone they go on about uplift no . As I’m within 30days return I don’t need uplift no They have told me it’s all authorised but waiting on back room authorising it again told 3-5days receive email with delivery . Called today 6th February got told same old story so still no date or email as to when I will receive my new machine
Suggested solution:
Give me firm delivery and pick up date for faulty machine
