My complaint:
EVRI (used by Cult Beauty) delivered to the wrong address and I got straight onto Cult Beauty as I could not locate the package anywhere in the surrounding homes or gardens.
I put in one of their official claim forms, send screen shots of where EVRI delivered (I couldn’t find the place myself though) and everything I could do to prove I made an order.
Nearly three months later, here we are, still trying to get some sort of update from Cult, but getting nowhere at all. I am out of money and with no products. I feel they have stolen from me
Suggested solution:
Either refund in FULL; or resend the package as a priority delivery with anyone except EVRI (maybe Royal Mail)
