My complaint:
I placed an order on 30th March with cult beauty. I recieved an email notification to say my parcel had been successfully delivered but I had not received it so I contacted Cult Beauty on facebook and asked for a refund. I bought the products elsewhere as I needed them asap. They ignored my request for a refund and claimed to have sent me out a replacement parcel. I contacted them again and they asked me to simply return the unwanted parcel once I received in and they would refund me. However, the replacement parcel did not turn up again. I have contacted Cult Beauty every day for the last 2 weeks to let them know if didn’t arrive and to give me my money back and they are not responding to me. So it has now been over a month since I placed my order and I am still without my money back or the products.
Suggested solution:
refund me ASAP
