My complaint:
Hello yes Ive been a cube smart customer for years with no complaint . Any issues have been addressed with no problem..I just received a nasty call from a manager at Exterior Street Bronx location who was speaking to me very unproffessionally and she refused to let me discuss the issue I was having with anyone else because she is the Manager.
I hope your conversations are recorded so you can go back and listen. It is definetly a learning moment.The call was made to me at 3:26 pm today August 17, The manager threatened me that she would cut the lock on my unit that she says I left opened, I tried to explain to her that I was at the facility 2 days ago and it wasnt mentioned to me at all and I went into the office and spoke to a nice gentleman regarding my units that I have. We checked over my accounts and I left. Ive never had a problem with ANYONE since Ive been using Cube Smart for years..
SHE NEEDS A LESSON ON COMMUNICATION..IMMEDIATLY

The Manager who is qorking today at the Exterior ave Cube Smart needs to have some additional trainning on customer service and know Even though she is the boss sometomes she needs to allow rhe people around her to help.
