My complaint:

I have been with this company for over three years now and they have yet to help me resolve any issues when it comes to the charges. My rate has increased four or five times since I have been with this company and they have not given me any options to lower the bill and on top of that have charge me a late fee. I have not been late with this company in over two years and ask for a wave due to issues going on with my job and they again were not willing to help me at all. This company does not care about their customers at all and the person that I spoke with in the office claims that he was the only person that I could speak to about this and there was no one above him in the office or in Ohio at all. Terrible customer service terrible customer retention.

Suggested solution:

Lower my bill or I’m leaving this company and will also make sure everyone else knows that this company is terrible . The rates are not competitive at all
