My complaint:
I made the intial payment on a unit 325 I believe which was to small then paid to have it upgraded to the next size a, paid that difference .. at that time I had gotten really sick and got behind on payments .. not onbcedid I get a letter .. I had also had it set up for the payment to be taken out of my account. two weeks after payment was due I get a call stating the payment was declined . I am on disability and get paid monthly and I stated that to Elizabeth .. that I would try to get the money together she hung up on me .. then on another date a few days later I called again and spoke to her .. at that time I was in class and had the call on speaker phone over 15 students heard her say yes I could bring in a partial payment . ( all the students are willing to have statements noteorized )I proceeded to take a partial payment , just to be told they don’t take them I told the gentlemen that I spoke to the general manager and she said she would take it .. he said he would need to call her . He called her and she denied talking to me and never said that .. so I was never sent a letter certified or otherwise .. I finally get my monthly statement yesterday we tried taking in the money but she already auctioned off my life … not once was I notified of the auction or about my payments … I have every email that I did get which is very few I was sent a letter saying to make payment before auction date but there was no date to go bye ..this lady Elizabeth general manager has been rude , condescending and down right nasty … they have caused me to have a breakdown mentally . my sister called today and once again they told her they would take a partial payment ..money in hand was taken to cube smart and with a smug look she said to late its been auctioned .. that was everything That ever mattered to me or was important this has pushed me to the point of I dont want to go on any more I lost everything …

I want my belongings back , my life .. they should not get away withthis
