Crypto.com complaint: Unable to Resolve App Access

My complaint:

On 10272021, I was logged into my cyrpto app and my financial information was not appearing detailing my balance. I emailed a complaint at contact@cyrpto.com. In addition, I attempted to log in again to and was unable to access my account. Late evening I receive a generic response below:
The temporary issues we have had with App logins, Card page and visual errors have been resolved. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Should you have any additional questions, please reply to this message within the next 24h and your chat will be handled with priority.

However, I replied immediately and I received a response the next morning. See below:
Your registration for the Crypto.com account has been unsuccessful. Each customer is allowed to have only one account.

Please try accessing your existing account.
I never registered for another account! I was trying to access my existing account. When you select forget password it sends you a magic link and when you select it I received an error message retry again. After, numerous attempts I was received access only to be asked for my contact number and I received another complaint phone number invalid
My contact number is ‘valid’ I tried to use a different contact number and in doing I received a code to enter and afterwards it was requesting information as if I’m attempting to setup a new account!
I sent several emails requesting to respond to my request for assistance immediately as I want to close my account.

Suggested solution:

I'm requesting a person to contact me directly and assist me with account access and to close my account!
I believe my account has been compromised and due to volume of Shiba this unethical company purposefully committed this fraudulent act to avoid activity during this peek time. How, ironic the entire time I held this stock there has NEVER been any glitches until yesterday!
I will not recommend ANYONE to trade on this platform.
