Crypto.com complaint: They allowed me to deposit funds and THEN locked my account!

My complaint:

I was really excited to work with the company, as it seemed to have a lot of nice online services. I opened the account successfully, deposited some test money, converted to crypto and withdrew to an external wallet.

Then, I deposited some more substantial money, and this time, before they allowed me to withdraw to an external wallet, they locked my account. I have been fighting constantly to get the money back, and I heard that some people get locked for over 30 days. Crypto is a volatile market, and 30 days can mean a substantial loss!
