My complaint:
On October 12 my Doge and Shiba coins were transferred out of my account. I reached out to crypto and they had me set up another email because they said I was compromised. Then after weeks they came back and said that there investigation was over and that they will not reimburse me my coins because my password was used to transfer them and that someone must have had access to it. Why would I give anyone access to my codes!! Lies!!! I’ve been reading that it has happened to a lot of other people. I think it’s a inside job!!
Suggested solution:
Reimburse my coins!!!
