My complaint:
I am unable to withdraw cash on my crypto card, although I was drawing cash no problem for months it suddenly stop giving cash and the ATM’s all said I had zero funds regardless of there being money on my card. The chip and pin works fine.
I have spoke with support several times and they don’t to understand my problem and I’m left unable to use my crypto card properly.
Suggested solution:
Just make my card fully functional
