My complaint:

Hi on April 13/23 I went to check my earnings on my crypto savings account in my Trust wallet.I had accidentally hit the participate button that was linked to a $50,000 USDT smart contract reward activity.I informed crypto support that I didn’t intend to enter this campaign and that it was accidental. They were unsympathetic and said I was obligated to enter. The campaign ended on May 2/23.

To complete the campaign I had to deposit an additional $40,000 USDT. I could not do this in the required time. The deadline was then extended to May15/23 but I still couldn’t reach the deadline because of E Transfer time restrictions and an incomplete international account which Crypto support gave me, that was rejected for wire transfer by the Bank.

I currently have $23,537.69 in my account but still need to put in $26,462.31 to reach $50,000 USDT. I can complete the required amount in a little over 3 weeks through E transfers but Crypto support will not accept this method.

This was accidental on my part and Crypto support knows this yet they say I have to complete this campaign. Is this really valid support? My account is frozen now.How can I free my account so I can gain access to my savings account?

Suggested solution:

Crypto.com should free up my savings account so I can gain access to my money. They have understood the unusual circumstances of this situation. I will say they have tried to help by extending the deadline to May 15/23 by giving an international account for wire transfer but the information on this account was not transparent. It included the Bank info, but It did not include my name but the name of another individual.

I asked them who this other person was and they gave no answer. Thus the Bank would not complete the wire transfer. They should free my account up, which is currently frozen so I can gain access to my funds, Isnt this what a support centre is supposed to do?
