My complaint:
On 6th April 2022 my
crypto.com was compromised. Someone
was able to login to my account and send
over 2.7 Ethereum to another wallet. On
7th I reported this to support on 3
different occasions. I had no reply until 8th
and the account wasn’t secured until 13th
(almost a week until after the incident) the
response and lack of urgency was quite
frankly disgusting and the fact that over
2.7eth has vanished into
thin air is frightening- I kept cool about it
at first because I thought there was no
way this could happen to me and I
would be covered. Almost a month later
and I still haven’t received my funds back.

Return my funds
