My complaint:
My phone number was hacked July 9 at 12:01am. The hackers instantly started changing my passwords to everything they could. They changed my passcode to my crypto.com account and drained it completely. Now crypto.com is telling me there is nothing they can do because the transactions were not unauthorized and basically it’s my fault.
Suggested solution:
I just want my money back in my account. I'm not asking for anything extra. I just want my $536 back
