My complaint:
They changed the app now cant withdraw money. I know that there are many people that have had problems with this company. They are in the habit of stealing your funds and will not assist in recovery of funds. Needs a lawsuit to force refunds of money to all that have been wronged by these scams and companies involved.

I staked $400 worth of CRO to receive a Crypto.com card, and still have not received it. This is after dozens of attempts to contact “customer service.” Their messaging system is like a video game that does not work, most of the time you get booted out if you don’t make the right selection from prewritten responses. The times I have gotten replies, I was either told to wait or the agent replied just prior to the timer on chat going out. This s**t is abysmal.
