My complaint:
Been using crypto.com app over a year and all of a sudden they say my bank account doesn’t match who I am, even though it’s MY account my ONLY account. So they won’t let me withdraw MY money. And so far it’s taken almost 1 week and 25 emails and STILL NO RESOLUTION. TOTAL CRAP
Suggested solution:
LET ME ACCES MY MINEY TO WITHDRAW TO MY BANK ACCOUNT IMMEDIATELY!!!!!
