Crypto.com complaint: Failed to credit my account after I made a deposit

My complaint:

I used the Crypto.com app to have a deposit made into my account there. The app generated a QR code to be scanned by my other wallet app for the deposit info. After I scanned the QR with my Binance wallet app, it showed on the Blockchain explorer that my transaction was completed, yet crypto.com NEVER credited my account. Then after contacting them 10 times over 4 weeks they lied and said that a memo was required but then realized that on BSC transfers there was no memo needed. And said they would credit my account soon. I have been lied to and run around by them for 4 weeks with no resolution.

Suggested solution:

I want my account credited the correct amount of the transfer which was .21937464 BnB.
