My complaint:
They are holding my money hostage. On Oct. 7, 2021 my withdrawal request was processed by crypto.com. I takes 3-5 business days. I cannot withdraw my money from my fiat wallet within the crypto.com app to my bank account via ACH. I spoke to someone in chat and he could not give me an ETA on when the problem would be resolved. I wish I could attach the screenshot of the lame non-responsive answer I received. They had no problem depositing my money via ACH but it’s now a problem withdrawing it. Also, the fee I paid for this trade was 4x the $2.99 fee. Garbage!!
