My complaint:
Hi Crypto.com
Please can you why 25% Fees are being taken when i transact through my crypto.com account.
This is not what your publicised Fees are. Can you please check the transactions to see if this is an error or can you provide me with links to your Fees which detail the 25% charges. This is the same whether withdrawing to cash or switching to another crypto.
The account is registered under this email address. You will note on my last transaction selling Ali. I attempted to sell as cash but noted the 25% reduction in GBP worth. I therefore transferred through crypto at your advertised and noted during the transfer as 0% fee. Again 25% worth was taken from the transaction from Ali to BTC. This is not the first time.
I would appreciate your clarification and ation on how to take a complaint to your ombudsman

Suggested solution:
By checking the transactions and ing why 25% Fees are taken demolishing any profits I've made while advertising at Fees below 1%.
If these transactions are correct and you do have a hidden 25% charge I would like full disclosure of this and ation of why this is hidden from your fees
