My complaint:
The Tyrone location refuses to honor a 30 day cancellation, saying I have ti keep my membership for 60 days. I just paid the July 8th payment, I went into the location on 07/07 they said we had to apy a fee to cancel and then it would not cancel until the end of August. Now they are saying I have to pay a fee and will have to keep membership until 09/07/25.
Suggested solution:
Allow me to cancel effective 08/08/25 without an extra fee
