My complaint:

I am writing to express my disappointment with the experience I had during establishment for a
Annual Training on 9/12/2023 at 9:00am, I expected to receive a certain level of service and unfortunately, my expectations were not met. I would like to bring to your attention the issue I faced during my stay at your hotel.Upon my arrival to my Annual Training with my company I went to the front desk to ask for directions to the party in question. He (Brian) gave me the wrong directions and when I came back to let him know I could not locate the Conference room where my company was located I overheard him telling another employee stating (how was he to know where my F@ training is) Brian had no idea I was reapproching the front desk and I said to him, Brian that kind of behalf is not good and Brain made it very clear to me that he DID NOT CARE because he will be no longer working for the complany after that day and I said brian that do not justifiy your behavior towards me and I asked to speak with a supervisory at that time and brian yelled I AM THE SUPERVISORY and I said REALLY brian and this is how you speak to people asking you a question? Brian then beging to repeat to me what he stated early regarding it being his last day and he DON’T CARE about my complaints and Brian also stated that’s why he’s also leaving the company becasue of PEOPLE LIKE ME whick sound to me to be a RACIST REMARK. I asked Brian was he ok and was there something wrong with his mental state and he threaten me and said if I question his mental stated again I would be sorry. I said to Brian are you threatening me? I told him because I felt threaten I was going to call the police, that’s when a security guard overheard what was going on and escorted me to where my Training was located and aplogized for Brian’s rude behavior. During my break from my training session I was able to speak with the Manager that was present that day and she assurred me that the situatiuon at hand was looked into. As a result of the way I was threaten and treated poorly I will not staty at this establishment and would not recommend to my others. That was a horrible and scary experience and should not be torlerated by any company that serves the public.

Suggested solution:

I think you owe me an sincere apology and I should be compensated for the way I was made to feel uncomforable and disrespect by your employee on that day.
