My complaint:
Housekeeping stole a bag that had $200’s worth of items in it. A sweatshirt, 2 mens shirts and three patches. Everything had CVMA printed on them. When I mentioned it to Housekeeping when they were on our floor, they laughed and talked in Spanish. Took the Clerk at the desk and she could have cared less. My suggestion would be to put a Do Not Disturb sign on your door so they can’t get in and just ask for what you need. I’ll never stay there again. It’s not like the person didn’t know there were clothes in the bag because the sweatshirt was on top. I hope they burn in hell and that no one else had anything stolen from their rooms. A truck and trailer were stolen from the parking lot the same week. For expensive as that place is they should hire a better crew and Security should be retrained. The items were stolen.
Suggested solution:
Reimburse us for the stolen items, fire the person that took care of Room 530. Definitely investigate.
