My complaint:
I’ve contacted crowne plaza asking about booking a wedding reception in 2023 I spoke to a lady and had a meeting with her to talk about what I wanted for our special day she tuck some details and said I will contact you next few days it’s been over a week now so I called her back to see if there any update she said we don’t do wedding no more I said when we meet you showed me the wedding packages. And tuck some details then the lady said can I call you back then she called me back some hours later and said we only do certain wedding packages so I’ve got now where and I’m a bit confused and still. Not got no where for are special wedding day

Just. Try and help us plan are wedding day as we would love to have are special day at the crowne plaza as we seen some wedding photos looks nice
