My complaint:
On November 27th 2023 I was a victim of robbery a police report was filed and a arrest was made, I cancelled all my cards filled a direct dispute also attached the police report. I was promised a professional credit within 10 days. two weeks later I called to check status of provisional credit all the representative were rude unprofessional even cursed me out hung up on me every time I asked to speak to a supervisor it’s been been going on 4 months all I have gotten was disrespected hung up on I just called yesterday they blocked locked my account
Suggested solution:
Refund.... I'm a disabled veteran several representatives cursed me out laughing saying I'm not getting anything
