My complaint:
After our group was called 25 minutes till seated. I ordered a cheeseburger, diet coke and coffee. $22.04. Burger had no lettuce, pickles, or any other condiments. Ask for ketchup twice and never got it.
It had one end cut of a tomato and two rings of a onion.
I asked for it to be medium cooked and it was hammered.
First and last trip. Fries portion was a joke
Suggested solution:
I don't really care as group from church said one and done. I am happy to pay good money for good food and service. Reno Cracker Barrel provided none of that. Waitress had zero knowledge of menu as well.
