My complaint:
This location has bad management! That’s the BIG problem.
Customer service skills were lacking! Even though they were NOT busy, I waited 20 minutes to place a to-go order, then was informed that they would not take the order as I wanted. Donnie and Ronnie need to spend some time training on what service means.
Suggested solution:
allow substitutes on the Classic diner.
