My complaint:
I ordered delivery of some food from Cracker Barrel. After waiting approximately 25 minutes I received a call from Cracker Barrel saying they did not have the items I ordered. They then said it will take about a week to refund my money. They wouldn’t wait a week to charge me for it so why should I wait a week for a refund. I understand not having the items I requested (they said their truck didn’t come). I don’t think I should have to wait a week for a refund. I don’t know that I will order from them again and will certainly complain to my friends about this. I filed this complaint on complain.biz.
Suggested solution:
Refund my money immediately.
