My complaint:
we travel across the country frequently. always look for cracker barrel.
evening 430. ordered chicken fried steal. Horrible. asked waitress if
really wanted to serve this plate. Reply thats the way it is!
Steak?? looked like grey ground card board. about 3 12 in in dia.
around 38 in thick, 1 spoon of gravy. heavy crust.
Green beans about 3 spoon full looked as if reheated for 3 days,
fries served long after the plate was served. cold
we asked for biscuits, got 2 small over cooked muffins.
never saw waitress until she brought the check.
my wife doesnt even want to talk about about her plate containing fish.
dont want anything from you except to tell you that you lost a customer.
I will tell my friends and travel group to rethink cracker barrel
