Cracker Barrel complaint: Bad Service

My complaint:

My husband and I went breakfast at Crackers Barrel in DeSoto arrived about 9:30 am. There was no wait we was seat by a window as requested. Our waitress came to our table about 10:15 took our order and we received our breakfast order 30 minutes later. We were about to cancel our order. Upon the waitress serving our food, I ask for warm syrup and more coffee. It was 20 minutes later and a manager brought a cup of hot water. I didn’t understand why . I proceed to report the lack of service and timelessness. He did nothing said he take care of it . The waitress returned to the tablet 15 minutes later to refill my coffee. I ask for warm syrup and she said that was what the hot cup of water was for. I was so appalled this made no sense. I had no appetite at this . We paid for the breakfast and no she didn’t get a tip. This was the worse service !!!!

It up to you. I couldn’t believe the type of non service that we received
