My complaint:
We went to your restaurant on the Tuesday oct 11th to have breakfast around 10:30 or so the server was friendly but did not give us the breakfast menu so I ordered the ole timers breakfasts and my husband because he is on a strick diet ordered 2eggs 1piece of country ham and a fruit cup your server did not engage with the prices or did she explain that everything was extra so for 2eggs ham and a fruit cup he was charged $8.99 plus $3.for the ham and $3.for his fruit cup if we had ordered it separate it would have been cheaper she charged us for a build your own did not say the ham and fruit cup were extra and for my breakfast it said I get 1side so I ordered plain hashbrown and was charged 3$ more what the heck so for this breakfast we were charged 32$ I’m sorry that is unexcuseable I worked for your company back in the 90s in Brooksville fl for 2years and I can tell you your hometown friendliness is gone I know the state of the economy but for you to charge us $8.99f for 2eggs is insane because she charged us extra for the other items
