My complaint:
we went to the cracker barrel in Columbus ohio CB0183 frist we waited about a 30 mintues to b seated then about 10 more mintues to talk to the sever kayla she took our order and ask for silverware because we never got any we got our food about 10 mintues later still no silverware the manger bought our food out asked him if he was the manger he said yes ask for silverware got cold food were I put my finger in my food to show him that it was cold he said that he would replace it 2 mintues later got ore food knowing that he just took it out of the microwave still no silverware got silverware never got a refill of coffee or sweettea never took anthing off our bill and never can out to see why we asked to see him again will never go back there very bad
Suggested solution:
maybe gift cards to the Sandusky store and look into the columbuse store because we are not the only one asked to see the manger
