My complaint:

Today 05142022 I arrived at Cracker Barrel at approx. 4:35pm family of 5 (3 adults 2 children, American black family) When I arrived, we were seated. While sitting we just waited around while others was seated and given a menu with biscuits (Caucasian race). I had to request for a menu to order food and drinks, as soon as we received them the waiter asked what would you like to order I advised her we just received the menu. However, we went ahead and ordered anyway. Moments Laters, we received our drinks with No straws. I requested to have straws, which we received them. Minutes later, we received our food with no utensils to eat with. I requested for some utensils, the waiter gave US one set to eat with, which was given to my mother. I then requested for the rest of the family to have some. We received them. After we were done eating, I requested for management, whom I believe his name was Dennis and I advised him of my concerns, and he just apologized. I then asked him if We were to receive any biscuits or rolls with our meal, he stated Yes and that it was optional. I advised him that we had never been offered them and we never received them. The waiter came minutes moments later asking did we want to take any biscuits home. (We declined the offer). We paid our bill and left a $10.00 tip. While headed home, I called number 18003339566 to make a complaint, to which I got hung up on!

Suggested solution:

Never to discriminate against anyone and to treat everyone like they would want to be treated.
