My complaint:

I’m a DD and I frequently come to ur store for delivery’s.. my issue is every single time that your store is out of stock on a food item they just let order sit and sit and then finally I begin to ask bout my order, then they will come back and say they r out of an item… Can’t they contact customer or have the to go mgrs. Notified that there is an issue, instead of waiting on DD person to complain.. our time is money and this will prolly never get addressed.. but thanks anyway..

Suggested solution:

Contact customer or take item that is out of stock of the on line menu.. like McDonald's does.. or notify up front to go person so they can notify dd
